•   Our Studio one bedroom  condo is about 550 sq ft offering a Queen size bed with a Memory foam mattress and Feather pillows,

•     as well as a Queen size sleeper sofa.

•             The room is divided in half by a bamboo shade for privacy.  It will accommodate 4 adults (semi private), however the studio one bedroom  is most  suitable for two people.

•               Turnkey furnished, modern and up to date with cable TV, DVD player, microwave, and full kitchen. All  kitchen, bath towels, sheets, iron hair dryer are all  inclusive. There is a laundry room on the property.  A private parking space just outside your condo is also included.

•                Rental Rates:       Rates based on double occupancy .

•                                      $100 per night, $700 weekly May through November, out of season. 3 night minimum stay $125 per night.

                                                           $130 per night, $910 weekly December through April, in season.  3 night minimum stay $140 per night.
